At The Lullaby Club, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid any processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
